I have a hummus addiction. Oh and it's bad! I can't get to the store quick enough every time I have a urge to eat some. I came across a recipe for homemade hummus. Which let me tell you there are tons of variations to making hummus.
Hummus Recipe:
Blend all of the following ingredients into a food processor:
* 15 oz. of chickpeas or garbanzo. Drain the juice in a container
*1 clove of garlic
*1-2 tbsp. Tahini paste
*1-2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* pinch of salt
*1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
*1-2 tbsp. juice from chickpeas
Blend until smooth
